J. Maintenance began providing maintenance services for our 16-unit condominium association in Cambridge more than seven years ago.  They have been a breath of fresh air following more than three years of frustrating experience with two other much less capable maintenance companies.

 

Over the years, J. Maintenance has done painting (both exterior and interior); carpentry work; deck repair and maintenance; gutter repair and replacement; rubber and shingle roof repair (including skylights); landscaping maintenance; and, snow removal in winter.  They are the BEST!
